I’m going to be in Berkeley from mid August to mid-September, working on As You Like It at CalShakes and Mother Courage at Berkeley Rep. Just in case I thought I might get bored, I booked a gig for one of my rare nights off – it’s really an excuse to just sing a few songs and hopefully see a few friends – I’ll be dipping into the Leishman, Shakespeare and Brecht Songbooks, as well as a few jazz classics, and will be joined by Will Bernard on guitar, Djordje Stiepovic on bass and other special guests.
